Job Requirements
- Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing
- Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts
- Maintain professional appearance according to company standards
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
- Ability to stack and set up tables, chairs, and related equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively toward department goals
- Positive attitude toward work and guest interaction
- Physical ability to access all areas of the property
- Ability to work in fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
- Ability to withstand frequent walking, prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as noise, dust, and cigarette smoke
- Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to handle supplies safely and non-hazardously
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years of equivalent job experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing

- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision

- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude toward work and guest interaction
Job Duties
- Perform all set-up, breakdown, and maintenance duties of the meeting services department
- Operate cleaning machines safely and properly
- Set up rooms and meeting spaces according to the Banquet Event Orders
- Complete all meeting services set-ups in a timely fashion
- Work in an appropriate non-hazardous manner avoiding self-injury and unsafe work methods
- Perform delivery and movement of convention freight and packages throughout the facility
- Perform other related duties as assigned
