Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain before first shift
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in high-volume situations

Job Duties
- Set up, stock, and break down bar stations for weddings and private events
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails according to event menus and venue standards
- Verify guest identification and comply with all state and local alcohol service laws
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the event
- Provide friendly, polished, and professional guest service at all times
- Communicate effectively with Banquet Captains and Event Managers during service
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
- Handle cash and/or point-of-sale systems accurately when applicable
- Assist with end-of-event breakdown and restocking as needed
