Job Requirements

1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or organizational experience
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Ability to drive a freight line sprinter van or 26ft box truck
Ability to perform regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50-75 lbs
Comfortable working in a combination of event-site, in-office, and warehouse environments
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, grasp, type, talk, and hear

Job Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or organizational roles
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Knowledge of trade shows and trade show logistics is a plus

Job Duties

Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
Receive and process warehouse stock products including picking, unloading, labeling and storing
Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization
Complete daily logs for inventory and shipments
Pack and prep supplies for trade shows and events using sprinter vans or crates
Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, slip sheets, trade show attire, and giveaways to Clear Touch staff and resellers
Keep event materials organized with up-to-date inventory
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment preventively
