Job Requirements
- Associates or bachelors degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field or equivalent industry experience
- Focused interest in sports, gaming, and culture marketing
- Confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver
- High level of organization and ability to deliver excellent and effective verbal and written communications
- Proactive and reactive with ability to adapt easily to fluid situations
- Operate with high integrity and professionalism
- Collaborative with skills and interest to build and develop relationships within a marketing organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with business communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
- May have pre-existing interest or knowledge of brand heritage sports such as moto, skate, surf, wake
- May have pre-existing interest or knowledge of local music and arts culture or experience as an emcee or DJ
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties
- Contribute expertise and knowledge of region-specific sports, music, art, and gaming cultures to develop a strategic plan for vehicle usage
- Collaborate with client internal teams to establish and maintain an integrated network across multiple departments
- Administrate usage of the event vehicle ensuring optimal utilization in target markets and audiences
- Communicate daily with regional and national stakeholders to ensure alignment on event vehicle strategy and best practices
- Coordinate event vehicle activation schedule based on regional strategic priorities and consumer focus
- Manage and execute end-to-end logistics for operation of the event vehicle including driving, vehicle staging, set-up and tear-down, product procurement, entertainment, and operation of on-board equipment
- Serve as public-facing brand ambassador and respond to consumer inquiries professionally and friendly
- Brief event organizers on vehicle capabilities and provide insightful ideas for event support
- Secure permits as required
- Manage all aspects of vehicle upkeep including regular maintenance and annual servicing
- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior to preserve brand appearance
- Perform regular on-board entertainment system checks to ensure longevity of assets
- Organize and present regional program plans
- Develop event recaps for regional and national stakeholders
- Maintain consumer experience, event vehicle program, and brand acumen
- Maintain network of mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, DJs
- Manage monthly and annual activation budgets with timely expense reporting
