Job Requirements
- associates or bachelors degree in events, hospitality, marketing, advertising, or related field or equivalent industry experience
- focused interest in sports, gaming, and culture marketing
- confident, enthusiastic, resourceful, tech-savvy, forward-thinking, self-motivated, and a creative problem solver
- possesses high level of organization and ability to deliver excellent verbal and written communications
- able to adapt easily to fluid situations
- operates with integrity and professionalism
- collaborative with skills and interest to build and develop relationships within a marketing organization
- proficient in Microsoft Office tools specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- familiarity with business communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
- may have pre-existing interest or knowledge in brand heritage sports like moto, skate, surf, wake
- may have pre-existing interest or knowledge of local music and arts culture or experience as an emcee or DJ
- has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties
- contribute expertise and knowledge of region-specific sports, music, art, and gaming cultures to develop a strategic plan for vehicle usage
- collaborate with client internal teams to establish and maintain an integrated network across departments
- administrate event vehicle usage ensuring optimal utilization in target markets
- communicate daily with regional and national stakeholders to align on event vehicle strategy and best practices
- coordinate event vehicle activation schedules based on regional priorities and consumer focus
- manage and execute end-to-end logistics for event vehicle operation including driving, staging, set-up, tear-down, product procurement, entertainment, and operation of on-board equipment
- serve as a public-facing brand ambassador responding to consumer inquiries professionally
- brief event organizers on vehicle capabilities and provide ideas for support
- secure required permits
- manage vehicle maintenance ensuring reliability and operational safety through regular servicing
- maintain cleanliness of vehicle interior and exterior to preserve brand image
- perform regular checks of on-board entertainment systems
- organize and present regional program plans for review
- develop event recaps for stakeholders
- maintain consumer experience and brand acumen
- network with mechanics, equipment specialists, artists, and DJs
- manage budgets including timely expense reporting
