Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field
- Two years of full-time work-related experience in a technical audiovisual capacity
- Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience considered
- Valid driver's license and insurability to drive college vehicles
- Must pass background check
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends
- Ability to effectively work and interact with various cultures and ethnicities
Job Qualifications

- Ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and staff
- Proficient in multiple audiovisual systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Job Duties
- Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for events including PowerPoint, video, audio, wireless microphones, and lighting
- Troubleshoot and maintain routine maintenance and repairs of event technology equipment
- Develop event technology designs tailored to customer and event needs
- Maintain detailed records of events, contacts, and audiovisual setups
- Manage equipment inventory and supplies
- Collaborate with facilities, IT, and other departments to implement event technology systems
- Schedule and supervise additional audiovisual staff as needed
