Job Qualifications
- Proficient with multiple large and small-scale audiovisual systems including audio, video, computers, and lighting
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work independently with minimal instruction
- strong collaboration skills with a commitment to quality service
- ability to interact professionally with all levels of meeting professionals and speakers
Job Duties
- Serve as an ambassador for the college at all events
- set up and operate audiovisual equipment including computer-based PowerPoint, video, audio, wireless microphones, and lighting
- troubleshoot and maintain routine maintenance and repair of technology equipment
- develop event technology design based on customer and event needs
- maintain records of events, contact persons, and audiovisual setups
- manage equipment inventory and supplies
- collaborate with facilities and IT departments to implement event technology systems
- schedule events using 25Live and assist with overall event management
