Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience is required
- 1-2 years of experience in service, hospitality or event industry is preferred
- Cvent experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Some experience with HTML or DHTML is preferred
- Models behavior that reflects our organization's vision and core beliefs
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally and develop strong internal and external client relationships
- Must have analytical and detail orientation skills to create registration websites and develop mobile apps
- Models a positive, solution-based approach
- Must be able to work autonomously and thrive in a team environment
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey thoughts and write professional emails
- Must be organized to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize
- Must take initiative and be resourceful
- Must be an active and discerning listener
- Must maintain client confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- Experience with Cvent preferred

Job Duties
- Owns the technical component of the program by anticipating client needs and building rapport
- Participates in client planning calls and manages client expectations
- Builds event-related registration websites using CreativeEDGE, Cvent, and the Performance Solution Platform
- Develops mobile applications in EventAPP, Cvent's Hub App, and EventMobi
- Provides technology support on-site during events
- Trains end-users on platforms and new features
- Supports virtual environment builds in 6Connex and survey tools like Survey Monkey
