Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one years experience in the AV industry
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with AV set-ups and strikes
  • Background customer service or hospitality experience
  • Certification in AV technology or related courses preferred
  • Ability to work long hours on feet
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently
  • Ability to work a varied schedule
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one years experience in the AV industry
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with AV set-ups and strikes
  • Background customer service or hospitality experience
  • Certification in AV technology or related courses preferred
  • Knowledge of audio equipment such as microphones, speakers, sound systems, and channel mixers
  • Knowledge of video equipment including LCD, LED, projectors, screens, and monitors
  • Experience with lighting including GOBO, gels, uplighting, basic lighting kits, and stage lighting
  • Advanced knowledge of PC and Mac software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work long hours on feet
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently
  • Ability to work a varied schedule
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Significantly contribute to the effective management of day-to-day operations according to company procedures
  • Timely and accurate set-up and strike of equipment for client functions according to company guidelines
  • Continually increase audiovisual skills and knowledge
  • Maintain and cultivate positive public relations with hotel account
  • Maintain positive employee relations, strong team-player orientation, and communication standards
  • Effectively utilize the company’s business software
