Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Completion of required training and certifications within one year if external applicant
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year audiovisual experience preferred
- Valid driver's license if required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Meet physical demands of the role including standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, grasping
- Availability for irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call status
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate's degree preferred
- Completion of Encore's Global Learning Training Program or equivalent certifications
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- 1 year audiovisual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred
- Valid driver's license if operating company vehicles
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Technical proficiency with audiovisual equipment and software
Job Duties
- Ensure accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships
- Meet with guests on site to verify equipment functionality and satisfaction
- Monitor events and provide ongoing customer support
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues
- Follow company procedures and complete systems entries accurately
- Collaborate with staff and vendors to manage equipment logistics and invoice finalization
