Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Completion of required training and certifications within one year if external applicant
  • Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year audiovisual experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license if required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Meet physical demands of the role including standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, grasping
  • Availability for irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call status

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Completion of Encore's Global Learning Training Program or equivalent certifications
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • 1 year audiovisual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred
  • Valid driver's license if operating company vehicles
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical proficiency with audiovisual equipment and software

Job Duties

  • Ensure accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual equipment
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain positive client relationships
  • Meet with guests on site to verify equipment functionality and satisfaction
  • Monitor events and provide ongoing customer support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues
  • Follow company procedures and complete systems entries accurately
  • Collaborate with staff and vendors to manage equipment logistics and invoice finalization
