Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TV/film production live event management or relevant experience
- Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and some holidays
- Willingness and ability to learn additional positions and cross-train
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of Ikegami HDK-95C cameras Ross Acuity 3 Ross Xpression Ross Inception Evertz DreamCatcher Daktronics Show Control and Venus 7000 Yamaha CL5 Audio Board
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TV/film production live event management or related fields

- Ability to work effectively in team-oriented and creative environments
Job Duties
- Provide hands-on support for live events including Daktronics ribbons audio booth and stage manager duties
- Participate in rehearsals including sound check communication device check camera set-up and playlist/scripts review
- Operate lighting boards and audio equipment as assigned
- Manage stage operations and coordinate with production teams
- Set up and maintain technical equipment before during and after events
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure smooth event execution
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and efficiency during live events
