Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TV/film production live event management or relevant experience
Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and some holidays
Willingness and ability to learn additional positions and cross-train

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge of Ikegami HDK-95C cameras Ross Acuity 3 Ross Xpression Ross Inception Evertz DreamCatcher Daktronics Show Control and Venus 7000 Yamaha CL5 Audio Board
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TV/film production live event management or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn additional positions and cross-train
Ability to work effectively in team-oriented and creative environments

Job Duties

Provide hands-on support for live events including Daktronics ribbons audio booth and stage manager duties
Participate in rehearsals including sound check communication device check camera set-up and playlist/scripts review
Operate lighting boards and audio equipment as assigned
Manage stage operations and coordinate with production teams
Set up and maintain technical equipment before during and after events
Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure smooth event execution
Collaborate with team members to ensure safety and efficiency during live events
