Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of event technology experience
- Familiarity with audio, lighting, projection, or video equipment
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license if required
- Ability to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of company training and certification programs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of event technology experience specializing in audio, lighting, projection, or video
- 3-4 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to professionally interact with diverse workforce and clients
- Strong client, customer, and coworker communication skills
- Valid driver's license for roles requiring operation of company vehicles
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Completion of required training and certifications within designated timelines
Job Duties
- Ensures accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of advanced audiovisual equipment
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues promptly
- Complies with all company security and safety protocols
- Provides excellent customer service and maintains positive client relationships
- Collaborates with internal teams for event planning and execution
- Mentors and coaches team members to develop technical skills
- Supervises and directs technicians during events
- Assists with equipment security, storage, inventory, and maintenance
- Performs equipment forecasting and inventory management
