Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Capability to stand and move continuously for extended periods
- Must be available for night and weekend shifts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive friendly service throughout the event
- Deliver food and beverages according to AriensCo Hospitality standards ensuring presentation and timing are flawless
- Communicate dietary restrictions or allergies to kitchen staff promptly
- Clear tables refresh beverages and anticipate guest needs to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with the kitchen bartenders and fellow servers to maintain seamless service
- Uphold cleanliness and professionalism in all service areas throughout the event
- Set up tables chairs linens decor and other items to match event specifications and layouts
- Ensure table settings are neat aligned and aesthetically consistent
- Assist with audio visual lighting signage or special equipment setup as directed
- Reset and tear down spaces after events organizing and storing equipment properly
- Maintain venue cleanliness including wiping surfaces removing trash and cleaning spills
- Support safety and guest experience by identifying hazards and addressing issues quickly
- Work under the direction of the Event Manager or Operations Lead and support teammates across roles
