Job Duties
- assist the Conference and Events Department with hosting high-quality events
- act as a point of contact during all stages of the event process for organizations, groups, and individuals
- manage conference reservations including setup needs
- handle room reservations
- input data utilizing 25Live event management software
- support internal and external events
- coordinate with the Events Coordinator and relevant stakeholders
