Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license or ability to obtain State of Florida Class E license within 30 days
  • able to pass a drug screening
  • physically capable of lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • able to pass background checks and meet all safety standards
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven track record managing a staff of eight or more
  • ability to operate AV equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
  • experience in event setup and teardown
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Supervise and direct the daily operations of the Event Tech Division
  • set up, operate, and take down lighting, audio, and video systems
  • provide advice, training, and support on AV equipment usage
  • arrange chairs, tables, AV, and furniture for events
  • operate motorized equipment like forklifts and scissor lifts
  • perform maintenance tasks such as cleaning, light repairs, and painting
  • prepare quotations and estimates for projects and materials
