Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Ability to pass an extensive screening process
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement
At least 21 years of age or older
Consistently maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
Possess leadership qualities and the ability to hold subordinate officers accountable
Availability for part-time, event-based work with variable shifts

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
At least 2 years of security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience
Excellent customer service skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to write detailed reports
Leadership or management experience
Personable with strong soft skills

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to all event attendees and staff
Observe, survey the event area and report on activities
Respond rapidly to critical situations and emergencies
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards consistently
Write detailed and accurate reports
Maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
Hold subordinate officers accountable while demonstrating leadership
