Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to pass an extensive screening process
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in security, military, or law enforcement
  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • Consistently maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
  • Possess leadership qualities and the ability to hold subordinate officers accountable
  • Availability for part-time, event-based work with variable shifts

Job Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to write detailed reports
  • Leadership or management experience
  • Personable with strong soft skills

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to all event attendees and staff
  • Observe, survey the event area and report on activities
  • Respond rapidly to critical situations and emergencies
  • Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards consistently
  • Write detailed and accurate reports
  • Maintain excellent uniform appearance and grooming standards
  • Hold subordinate officers accountable while demonstrating leadership
