Job Requirements

Ability to work full-time from early December through end of season
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds regularly
Ability to respond to emergency situations
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Job Qualifications

Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Experience in customer service or hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving abilities
Basic inventory management knowledge

Job Duties

Support the Event Manager with training and management of the event staff
Schedule and manage employees including rotations and breaks
Facilitate inventory management including counting and reporting inventory regularly
Oversee employees to ensure adherence to Ice Castles rules and regulations
Work well with others and set an example to all employees
Interact with customers to help problem solve issues
Ensure outstanding guest experience at all times
