Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience leading a food service team
  • Ability to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for 8-12 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
  • Must live within commuting distance of Chase Stadium
  • Compliance with company uniform requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year experience leading a food service team
  • Familiar with premium operation and required set-up, execution and breakdown of event
  • Live within commuting distance of Chase Stadium
  • ServSafe Certified preferred
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Planning, multi-tasking and a phenomenal team player
  • Self-motivated with a high energy level and strong verbal communication
  • Ability to communicate professionally with high end clients

Job Duties

  • Always appear in proper uniform and look presentable when on the floor or at assigned area
  • Supervise staff and ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Ensure your area is completely set up prior to opening time of events
  • Ensure your assigned area is set up and maintained to meet event standards
  • Ensure all areas, equipment, floors, food services areas are clean and in proper working order
  • Responsible for accuracy and completion of opening and closing inventories, deliveries, transfers, requisitions and spoilage
  • Delegate tasks in an upbeat and courteous manner
  • Follow up with team members and coach them on-the-job
  • Perform pre and post shift meetings and manage the team of staff scheduled to run each event
  • Responsible for all inventories and company assets in your assigned area
  • Perform prompt and friendly service
  • Maintain food quality
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety and alcohol regulations
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
