Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in front of house and back of house job duties preferred
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with fine dining service and catering logistics
  • Attention to detail and professionalism
  • Proficiency in English
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 60 lbs
  • Willingness to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced event environments

Job Duties

  • Arrive ready and dressed according to uniform standards
  • Get your assignment by reviewing event details and connecting with sales team or client
  • Lead the setup of event space according to floor plan and timeline
  • Run the show by assigning roles and ensuring service expectations
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to master menu and event flow
  • Deliver exceptional, timely, and professional service
  • Ensure all FOH staff meet grooming and uniform standards
  • Troubleshoot service challenges in real time
  • Manage staffing levels and budget adherence
  • Supervise event breakdown and equipment storage
  • Conduct final walkthrough and complete event documentation
  • Support and train team members on site
  • Work independently and as a team leader
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
  • Stay connected with scheduling system and event updates
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management
