Job Requirements

Minimum six months Andretti brand and culture exposure a plus
Current trainer or team lead experience a plus
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights and weekends
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
Compliance with safety standards
Pass drug test and background check
Capability to handle cash responsibly
Willingness to provide exemplary guest service
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, climbing
Availability for all scheduled shifts

Job Qualifications

Guest service and leadership experience preferred
Ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Maintain all safety procedures
Open and full availability including holidays, nights and weekends
Sensitivity to confidentiality
Gregarious, upbeat and outgoing personality
Drug test and background check required

Job Duties

Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products
Maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor and cash control
Maintain opening, running and closing duties for the department
Organize and maintain cleanliness of departmental areas
Take proactive approach to guest relations including floor interaction and table visits
Ensure the highest level of quality and standards of service
Manage all aspects of guest relations and the quality of experience delivered
Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
Execute special events with leader on duty
Provide management with direct and honest feedback on staff performance
Assist with staff training and employee relations
Maintain high staff morale
Participate in recruitment and retention of staff
