Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months Andretti brand and culture exposure a plus
  • Current trainer or team lead experience a plus
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Compliance with safety standards
  • Pass drug test and background check
  • Capability to handle cash responsibly
  • Willingness to provide exemplary guest service
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, climbing
  • Availability for all scheduled shifts

  • Guest service and leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff
  • Strong written, verbal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling, labor, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing and quality of products
  • Maximize daily sales and manage costs, labor and cash control
  • Maintain opening, running and closing duties for the department
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness of departmental areas
  • Take proactive approach to guest relations including floor interaction and table visits
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and standards of service
  • Manage all aspects of guest relations and the quality of experience delivered
  • Empower staff to deliver exceptional legendary service
  • Execute special events with leader on duty
  • Provide management with direct and honest feedback on staff performance
  • Assist with staff training and employee relations
  • Maintain high staff morale
  • Participate in recruitment and retention of staff
