Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Face-to-face marketing or sales experience
- Management or supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel frequently
- Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Developing, planning, implementing, and overseeing events and trade shows
- Promoting Renewal by Andersen and Gutter Helmet products
- Supervising marketing staff onsite including setup and breakdown of event booths
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the marketing staff and department
- Enforcing company programs related to event marketing
- Providing assistance with general marketing functions as needed
- Tracking sales leads generated by events and scheduling appointments with potential clients
