Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to operate a forklift and pallet jack

- Able to push, pull, lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- Able to maintain energy and stamina during 4-8 hour shifts
- Able to learn and operate computer systems and applications
- Must have flexible availability preferred
- Able to tolerate consistent exposure to soy

- Able to work independently and prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines

- Able to maintain energy and stamina during 4-8 hour shifts with nearly continual standing and walking
- Able to push, pull, lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly, bend, twist, and use tools like screwdriver, hammer, drill, etc.

Job Duties
- Orchestrate the orderly staging, distribution, and receipt of MobilePack event materials
- Identify, pull, pack, crate, load, secure, and track equipment and supplies
- Manage MarketPlace staging and inventory, ensuring accurate product presentation and availability
- Load and unload shipments and organize inventory using a powered industrial forklift and pallet jack
- Maintain inventory and communicate event information via software systems and paperwork
- Arrange for or perform cleaning, maintenance, and repairs of equipment and supplies according to safety policies and procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel on planning and communicating dock scheduling to supply chain personnel and freight carriers
- Troubleshoot and resolve material return issues
- Occasionally act as a MobilePack event staff member, assisting with setup, cleanup, and volunteer engagement
- Occasionally travel to and from FMSC warehouses in Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, and MobilePack events
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse area
- Understand, follow, and enforce food and personnel safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
