Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to and from event sites
  • ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs
  • ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist consistently
  • comfortable working at heights for rigging tasks
  • willingness to work varying stagehand roles
  • ability to work indoors and outdoors under different weather conditions
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • must wear appropriate clothing and footwear per company policy
  • effective English communication skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in similar stagehand or rigging roles preferred
  • basic knowledge of industry terms and fundamental principles
  • OSHA 10 General Industry Certification is a plus
  • Fall Protection Certification is a plus
  • SPRAT or IRATA certifications preferred for riggers
  • effective communication skills in English
  • ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

  • set up and tear down staging and equipment for concerts and live events
  • assist with loading and unloading production gear
  • perform rigging tasks including climbing and working at heights
  • follow all safety protocols and company policies
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate event tasks
  • adapt to varying weather conditions and indoor or outdoor settings
  • maintain professional attire and footwear as required
