Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to and from event sites
- ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs
- ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist consistently
- comfortable working at heights for rigging tasks
- willingness to work varying stagehand roles
- ability to work indoors and outdoors under different weather conditions
- ability to follow safety protocols
- must wear appropriate clothing and footwear per company policy
- effective English communication skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in similar stagehand or rigging roles preferred
- basic knowledge of industry terms and fundamental principles
- OSHA 10 General Industry Certification is a plus
- Fall Protection Certification is a plus
- SPRAT or IRATA certifications preferred for riggers
- effective communication skills in English
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- set up and tear down staging and equipment for concerts and live events
- assist with loading and unloading production gear
- perform rigging tasks including climbing and working at heights
- follow all safety protocols and company policies
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate event tasks
- adapt to varying weather conditions and indoor or outdoor settings
- maintain professional attire and footwear as required
