Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • reliable transportation to event sites
  • ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds
  • ability to consistently walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist
  • comfortable working at heights
  • willingness to work varying stagehand roles
  • ability to work indoors or outdoors under varying weather conditions
  • must wear appropriate attire and footwear as per company policy
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in stagehand or rigging roles preferred
  • knowledge of general industry terms and fundamental principles
  • OSHA 10 General Industry Certification is a plus
  • Fall protection certification is a plus
  • SPRAT or IRATA certifications preferred for riggers
  • ability to work cohesively in a team environment
  • effective communication skills in English

Job Duties

  • Load and unload stage equipment safely
  • assemble and disassemble staging components
  • operate rigging equipment and perform rigging tasks
  • assist with setting up lighting and sound equipment
  • follow all safety guidelines and protocols
  • communicate effectively with crew and supervisors
  • work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
