Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to and from event sites
- Willingness to work varying stagehand level roles
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays on an on-call basis
- Physical ability to push, pull and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist as required
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors under varying weather conditions
- Must wear appropriate attire and footwear for events as per company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Understand general industry terms and fundamental principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong teamwork skills
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
Job Duties
- Support concert tours, festivals and other live events in setup and teardown
- Handle equipment by pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Walk, stand, bend, stoop and twist consistently during events and setup
- Communicate effectively with crew and supervisors to ensure task coordination and safety
- Work indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Follow company policies for appropriate attire and footwear
- Collaborate professionally and cohesively with team members and supervisors
