  • willingness to travel to event locations including Murrieta, Corona, or North County
  • professional appearance
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • foundational knowledge of estate planning and probate or willingness to learn
  • prior event experience preferred
  • excellent customer service abilities

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute in-person estate planning workshops to educate attendees on estate planning options and benefits
  • manage event logistics including setup, catering, and equipment
  • welcome and engage attendees, answering questions and providing information about Shoup Legal services
  • assist in post-workshop processes including scheduling appointments and collecting payments
  • collect and maintain participant information and feedback for follow-up
  • represent Shoup Legal with professionalism and compassion
