Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year work experience in hospitality industry
- Be familiar with local hotels, tourist areas, attractions and airport
- Possess a "can do" attitude with strong people and communication skills
- Knowledgeable with technology including smart phones, tablets, computers and printers
- Ability to respond quickly to Dayforce app push notifications
- Comfortable navigating Dayforce mobile app to manage timekeeping and expense submissions accurately and timely
- Have reliable transportation

- Ability to respond quickly to Dayforce app push notifications and manage timekeeping and expense submissions
Job Duties
- Be friendly, professional, attentive and always treat others with dignity and respect
- Know all details of the Event Staff Agreement including reimbursable expenses, code of conduct, scheduling, and communications
- Attend required annual in person and online training classes and complete by due date
- Be thoroughly familiar with the details of your assigned shift and follow direction given by your Event Manager
- Have reliable transportation to be able to travel throughout your resident city and cover the first 25 miles on your own with the balance reimbursable
- Be punctual and arrive prepared for your shift when scheduled
- Print Schedule of Services, group sign and/or the program manifest
- Bring a clear clipboard, counter/clicker, fully charged smart phone, phone charger, water, snacks and meals
- Arrive in uniform or wear an all-black short-sleeved shirt and black pants if uniform not provided
- Keep records of guest counts, driver details, and any pertinent event information and communicate updates to Event Manager
- Perform duties as per the Schedule of Services emailed prior to the event
- Assist and support fellow Event Staff
- Interact with clients, hotel partners and vendors professionally and attentively
- Be proactive in anticipating clients’ needs and ensuring exceptional program and experience
- React appropriately to issues arising during the program
- Maintain general working knowledge of local destinations including fun facts and historical events
- Use Dayforce mobile app to clock in/out, confirm hours and submit expenses in line with payroll calendar
