Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent work experience
6 months' experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment
ability to pass required certification for liquor handling
ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays including December 24, December 31, and January 1, 2026

basic cash handling or point-of-sale experience
experience working special events

Job Duties

deliver excellent customer service throughout the event
serve premixed drinks, wine, beer and hot chocolate to guests promptly and efficiently
complete merchandise sales accurately and efficiently
engage and assist guests on the sales floor to ensure they are finding items and assist with purchasing needs
actively tags merchandise, restocks and merchandises stock as needed
maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and retail areas
