Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least one year of customer service experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- strong customer service skills
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- ability to maintain professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- willingness to work irregular hours
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- ability to assist patrons with special needs
- physical ability for step climbing, walking, and sometimes running
- ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
- ability to respond to emergencies
- ability to work as a team player
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one year customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide customer service
- adhere to ASM Global procedures and policies
- assist and direct patrons to appropriate destinations
- serve as ticket taker and usher distributing programs and escorting patrons
- assist with last minute pre-event needs such as set-up and decorating
- provide special accommodations for handicapped patrons, senior citizens, students and groups
- ensure safety of patrons, staff, vendors, and participants
- sell merchandise when requested
- assist in controlling unusual circumstances during emergencies
- assist with crowd control
- handle disturbances or problems during events
- report problems to management
- resolve complaints and work under pressure
- allow only valid ticket credentials into specific areas
- assist coworkers by filling needed positions and breaks
- search for lost articles or lost children
- give door checks
- distribute programs or promotional items
- handle high-pressure situations calmly
- arrive on time
- perform other assigned duties
