Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum one year customer service experience preferred
- must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- ability to communicate effectively with others
- ability to handle physical demands including stepping, walking, and sometimes running
- capability to work irregular hours including indoor and outdoor conditions
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- willingness to perform various duties as assigned
Job Qualifications

- strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- skills in customer relations and problem solving
- able to use scheduling applications
- basic math skills for handling money
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Provide customer service
- assist and direct patrons to appropriate locations
- serve as ticket taker and usher
- assist with pre-event setup and decoration
- provide special accommodations for disabled and senior patrons
- ensure safety and crowd control
- handle disturbances and emergencies
- sell merchandise when required
- check tickets and control access
- distribute programs and promotional items
- assist in emergency response
- fill in different positions as needed
- search for lost articles or guests
- give door checks to temporarily leaving patrons
