Job Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for duration of scheduled shift (6 to 8 hours)
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions, including heat and rain
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Must be able to work at times in high volume, high activity and noise areas
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs and push a wheelchair
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests of diverse backgrounds
- Basic knowledge of safety and security protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible and evening hours
Job Duties
- Provide guest assistance with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Perform security screenings, including body wanding and bag inspections at gates
- Scan tickets at entry gates
- Provide assistance with directing guests in the direction of their seats
- Perform interchangeable event staff roles including ticket takers, ushers, crowd control, and ADA assistance
- Work evening shifts primarily with varying hours
- Perform other duties as assigned
