Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working with diverse groups
  • Ability to communicate verbally
  • Flexible availability including weekends and nights
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
  • Good attendance record
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Job Duties

  • Assist vendors with access and direct set up per event diagram
  • Unlock and ensure restrooms are stocked and maintained
  • Placement of signs and coordination with event coordinator
  • Verify all power cords are secured to not impede walkways
  • Handle communications between event coordinator and guests
  • Confirm with vendors that event site is clear and trash removed at conclusion of event
  • Post event security checks locking buildings and gates
