Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • strong customer/guest services skills
  • knowledge of ticketing/seating procedures
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to work independently with little supervision
  • ability to handle difficult or emotional situations calmly and professionally
  • availability to work variable hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Verify ticket location, event dates and times
  • seat guests in proper location
  • resolve any seating problems
  • provide emergency/accident assistance when needed
  • provide primary face-to-face contact with guests
  • help to resolve ticketing or seating problems or complaints
  • act as an usher, tour guide, ticket taker, concierge, or in related areas when assigned
  • maintain a professional image and generate positive public relations
  • stand or sit alertly at entry points and assist guests
  • maintain flow of foot traffic and direct guests to seating, restrooms, concession stands, etc.
  • insure all items found are turned into Guest Relations Office promptly
  • maintain proper care of uniform and equipment
  • assist and support other Guest Relations Staff as needed
  • perform other duties as assigned
