Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one year customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • ability to remain flexible and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
  • possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • one year of customer service experience preferred

  • strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • ability to work well within a team
  • basic math skills for handling money
  • ability to follow oral and written instructions

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service
  • assist and direct patrons to appropriate destinations
  • serve as ticket taker and usher distributing programs and escorting patrons
  • assist with last minute pre-event needs such as set-up and decorating
  • provide special accommodations for handicapped patrons and groups
  • ensure safety of patrons, staff, and vendors
  • sell merchandise as requested
  • assist in controlling unusual circumstances during emergencies
  • assist with crowd control inside and outside premises
  • handle disturbances and escort disruptive individuals to security
  • report problems to management
  • resolve problems and address complaints
  • allow only valid ticket credentials and scan tickets
  • fill in any position as needed and assist co-workers
  • search for lost articles and lost children
  • give door checks to patrons temporarily leaving
  • distribute programs and promotional items
  • handle high-pressure situations while remaining calm
  • arrive to work on time
  • perform other duties as assigned
