Job Duties
- Provide customer service
- assist and direct patrons to appropriate destinations
- serve as ticket taker and usher
- assist with pre-event setup and decorating
- provide accommodations for physically handicapped patrons
- ensure safety of patrons and staff
- sell merchandise as requested
- assist in emergency situations
- assist with crowd control
- handle disturbances and escort disruptive individuals
- report problems to management
- resolve complaints and work under pressure
- verify ticket credentials and distribute wristbands or stamps
- fill in various event staff positions as needed
- search for lost articles and lost children
- distribute programs or promotional items
- perform door checks
- maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
- arrive on time as scheduled
- perform other duties as assigned
