- customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
Job Duties
- perform cleaning functions while the venue is empty
- ensure the venue and surrounding areas are always event ready
- keep toilets and bathrooms upheld to highest cleaning standards and always set for next event
- work at high elevations
- report any general maintenance issues or damages to line manager immediately
- establish and maintain effective communication and working relations with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers
- manage time to ensure cleaning tasks are completed promptly before and after events
- complete all assigned tasks with flexibility
- comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures
- perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, washing walls, removing rubbish
- learn new skills, equipment operation, processes to support a clean and safe venue environment
- ensure stadium including doors, windows and walls are permanently clean
- clean stadium floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
- follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- gather and empty trash
- wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
- service, clean, and supply restroom
- check internal and external areas for rubbish
- dispose of all waste according to recycling policy
- label and store all cleaning materials correctly
- remove stains using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- proactively address areas needing cleaning
- complete reports, checklists, or audits related to area of responsibility
- perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
