The Legacy Program and Special Events team is dedicated to creating memorable and impactful experiences through the organization and execution of various special events. These events are designed to engage participants, foster community, and uphold the values and mission of the organization. The Legacy Program includes two key initiatives: the Legacy Club and Legacy University, which aim to educate, inspire, and connect individuals through thoughtfully planned programs and events. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event coordination or planning
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency with relevant software tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Assist with the development and implementation of special events
- Facilitate production of events by communicating with vendors, guests, internal staff and customers
- Oversee planning, enrollment, and execution of Legacy Club and Legacy University programs
- Manage event logistics, communications, data management and inventory tracking
- Assist in leading planning, logistics, and execution of special events
- Support logistics and communications for the Traveling Techsan Program
