Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in event management or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Experience with corporate partnerships
  • Experience in coordinating events in a corporate environment
  • Creativity and innovation in event planning
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, trade shows, and other marketing events
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and event setup
  • Support event promotion and marketing efforts to drive attendance and engagement
  • Travel up to 25%
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure event success
  • Monitor and manage event budgets
  • Provide post-event analysis and reports
