Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in event management marketing hospitality management or a related field preferred
- prior experience in customer service
- detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work long hours on event days and remain calm under pressure
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- proficiency in microsoft office
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- access to a reliable vehicle laptop and smartphone
- weekend and evening availability

Job Duties
- support event planning from start to finish by handling specific tasks such as ordering supplies confirming deliveries and overseeing venue setup
- manage event documentation sales paperwork and inventory tracking
- prepare materials for events including sales materials giveaways and marketing materials
- support event coordination tasks including the preparation setup and breakdown of events
- ensure that all details meet client expectations and resolve any issues that may occur during the event
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- assist with client communication during events ensuring that everything is aligned with their expectations
