Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience in event planning or related roles
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Salesforce and Event Registration Systems preferred
  • Ability to travel periodically
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods during events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as event planning, marketing, hospitality, or business
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to execute multiple simultaneous show deliverables in a mutable environment
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Experience working with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Swapcard, and Event Registration Systems such as Convention Data Services is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in teams delivering accurate and timely results
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year
  • Ability to stand for 12 or more hours per day during shows

Job Duties

  • Oversee affiliate meeting requests across all contracted hotel properties
  • Strategically allocate and coordinate meeting room inventory throughout the campus including Hilton, Marriott, and Anaheim Convention Center facilities
  • Administer Private Appointment Rooms and Hosted Buyer meeting spaces collaborating with Sales and Operations to ensure optimal utilization
  • Collaborate with the Health and Nutrition Partnerships Team to maintain accurate partnership agreements
  • Serve as primary liaison for Partner Programs coordinating cross-functionally with Operations, Sponsorship, Marketing, and Sales
  • Establish program requirements and ensure execution within budget
  • Collect logos and coordinate with Marketing to maintain partner program consistency across platforms
  • Process financial documentation for partnerships
  • Oversee partnership budget management including forecast updates and financial tracking
  • Assist internal housing block management by tracking and facilitating group housing requests
  • Assist with testing of event technology platforms
  • Perform other duties as assigned
