Job Requirements

Must be comfortable standing for the duration of a shift and managing a portable demo station
Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations within the assigned territory
Must meet local food handling certification requirements where applicable
Ability to adhere to specific brand guidelines
High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends

Job Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
Previous experience in customer service, retail, or brand advocacy is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following brand guidelines
Knowledge of mobile reporting tools is beneficial
Previous experience with product demonstrations or sample distribution

Job Duties

Set up and break down professional-looking product displays and demonstration areas
Proactively engage with store customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
Prepare and distribute food or product samples in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory levels during events and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability
Provide detailed post-event feedback and sales data via mobile reporting tools
Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands you represent to answer customer inquiries accurately
