Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • ability to use hands and fingers for handling and preparing food
  • reach hands and arms up to 65 inches
  • ability to stoop, kneel, squat, climb ladders, and balance
  • proficient in using small kitchen appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, and coffee makers
  • ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • understand and comply with cleaning chemical usage
  • maintain a professional appearance compliant with retailer dress codes
  • proficient in English
  • reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training preferred
  • proficiency in using personal computers and mobile devices
  • ability to navigate company electronic systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Adobe PDF
  • local food handler’s permit may be required
  • bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain professional appearance and grooming standards

Job Duties

  • Complete in-store food and non-food product demonstrations
  • acquire and maintain product knowledge
  • prepare, serve, and break down demonstration equipment and supplies
  • intercept and engage consumers in a professional manner
  • maintain a clean, sterile, and safe workstation
  • set up event tables for product demonstrations
  • achieve 100% execution on assigned work
  • assist with client visit preparations and audit corrections
  • submit accurate online reports and documentation on the same day as event execution
  • build and maintain rapport with store personnel
