Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a CORI background records check
- Minimum of associate's degree in related field
- Minimum of 2 years of successful event coordination or management experience
- Ability to travel to other agency locations within New England
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Publisher

- Ability to utilize and manage social media and other marketing techniques to promote events

Job Duties
- Responsible for the successful planning and execution of events from concept to post-event
- Manage event budgets, track progress, and conduct evaluations
- Coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure all logistical elements are in place
- Develop and maintain comprehensive event timelines and project plans to drive attendance
- Compile and analyze post-event data to assess the success of the event
- Work as an active and contributing member of the Marketing and Communications team
- Perform other special projects and duties as assigned
