Job Duties
- Manage events at Charlotte headquarters as main point of contact for internal teams, external vendors and stakeholders
- Reserve conference rooms, arrange catering and organize audio/visual equipment
- Coordinate visitor registration, transportation and lodging
- Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups and Communications for internal event promotion
- Monitor and evaluate event success through key performance metrics, attendee satisfaction and budget adherence
- Prepare and present post-event reports with actionable insights
- Serve as a concierge to visitors ensuring a seamless experience
