Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field or 3+ years of event planning experience
- Experience with community outreach and events
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Ability to pass required background and health screenings
- Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, flexibility, and confidentiality
Job Qualifications

- Experience with community outreach and events
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with event management tools such as NetSuite, OneCause, Asana, Bloomerang, or Signup
- Ability to build and maintain meaningful partnerships
- Adaptability and team spirit in fast-paced environments
Job Duties
- Plan and execute engaging events such as fundraisers, volunteer projects, and community outreach
- Coordinate logistics including venues, catering, and IT support
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to support recruiting and outreach efforts
- Travel locally to various event sites along the Wasatch Front for event execution
