Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in a related field or 3+ years of event planning experience
  • Experience with community outreach and events
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
  • Ability to pass required background and health screenings
  • Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, flexibility, and confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in a related field or 3+ years of event planning experience
  • Experience with community outreach and events
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with event management tools such as NetSuite, OneCause, Asana, Bloomerang, or Signup
  • Ability to build and maintain meaningful partnerships
  • Adaptability and team spirit in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute engaging events such as fundraisers, volunteer projects, and community outreach
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, catering, and IT support
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support recruiting and outreach efforts
  • Travel locally to various event sites along the Wasatch Front for event execution
