Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • minimum of 4 years event experience
  • ability to work independently
  • advanced communication skills
  • ability to organize and meet deadlines
  • valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • successful CORI/background check
  • compliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 vaccination policy
  • religious and medical exemptions considered

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • master's degree preferred
  • minimum of 4 years of successful event experience
  • 6-8 years preferred
  • advanced communication skills including report preparation and customer service etiquette
  • ability to work independently and exercise judgment and discretion
  • strong organizational and project management skills

Job Duties

  • plan and execute events from concept to post-event
  • manage event budgets, track progress, and conduct evaluations
  • coordinate with vendors and manage event logistics
  • develop and maintain event timelines and project plans
  • compile and analyze post-event data for success assessment
