Job Duties
- As an Event Specialist at CROSSMARK, you will serve as the face of leading brands within local retail environments
- This role is perfect for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for driving sales through live product demonstrations
- You’ll be part of a historic company with a global footprint, helping shoppers discover new products while ensuring our manufacturing partners see real growth in their retail performance
- Set up and break down professional-looking product displays and demonstration areas
- Proactively engage with store customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
- Prepare and distribute food or product samples in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels during events and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability
- Provide detailed post-event feedback and sales data via mobile reporting tools
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands you represent to answer customer inquiries accurately
