Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related field preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Comfortable managing a portable demo station
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and company policies
- Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned area
- Compliance with local food handling certification where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or brand advocacy is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following specific brand guidelines
- Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations within the assigned territory
- Must meet local food handling certification requirements where applicable
Job Duties
- Set up and break down professional-looking product displays and demonstration areas
- Proactively engage with store customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
- Prepare and distribute food or product samples in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor inventory levels during events and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability
- Provide detailed post-event feedback and sales data via mobile reporting tools
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands you represent to answer customer inquiries accurately
