Job Duties

As an Event Specialist at CROSSMARK, you will serve as the face of leading brands within local retail environments
This role is perfect for an outgoing individual who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for driving sales through live product demonstrations
You’ll be part of a historic company with a global footprint, helping shoppers discover new products while ensuring our manufacturing partners see real growth in their retail performance
Set up and break down professional-looking product displays and demonstration areas
Proactively engage with store customers to explain product features, benefits, and current promotions
Prepare and distribute food or product samples in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
Monitor inventory levels during events and coordinate with store management to ensure product availability
Provide detailed post-event feedback and sales data via mobile reporting tools
Maintain a deep knowledge of the brands you represent to answer customer inquiries accurately
