Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role
  • flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication skills with customer service orientation
  • ability to work independently and make sound decisions without supervision
  • proficiency with computers and databases, willingness to learn new technologies including Salesforce
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • comfort with audiovisual equipment or willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Serve as onsite point person during events including fundraising galas, corporate conferences, weddings, concerts, and memorial services
  • handle event-day logistics to ensure smooth execution and provide radical hospitality
  • manage full client journey from inquiry to event completion, including building tours, creating proposals, and maintaining relationships
  • coordinate event timelines and floor plans with clients and vendors
  • collaborate with Operations Team for setup, deliveries, and post-event breakdown
  • support administrative tasks like contracts, invoices, and permits
  • serve as ambassador to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
  • work with Marketing to promote rental spaces and conduct market research
